Serena Savoca

Serena Savoca is a senior executive with over 15 years' experience in marketing and corporate communications. She is currently the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Director at Carlsberg Italia. After gaining a strong academic foundation at Bocconi University and international experience, she has built a career path that has seen her take on increasingly responsible roles in brand management, integrated communication, sustainability and institutional relations. She sits on Carlsberg Italia’s Senior Leadership Team and represents the company in the international Commercial Leadership Team, as well as in industry associations such as Assobirra. She has played a leading role in projects including the repositioning of the Birrificio Angelo Poretti brand, launching global brands in Italy, and driving innovation and sustainability initiatives. She has also led major projects for Tuborg, including innovation projects and strategic campaigns that have strengthened its positioning in the Italian market and its connection with music and youth culture.
