Ludovica Michelin is a EU project designer and founder of Flumi, a hybrid initiative merging a strategic consultancy studio with a cultural association focused on Art, Science and Technology.
Ludovica has developed and coordinated national and EU-funded projects (Creative Europe, Erasmus+) for universities, festivals and cultural centres and served as an Erasmus+ KA2 Youth and LiveMX evaluator.
Through Flumi, she supports organisations in designing collaborative projects, building international partnerships, and developing sustainable strategies through participatory and facilitation-based approaches connecting local ecosystems with European networks.
At MUTEK ES, she leads international institutional relations contributing to the festival’s cross-border collaborations.
She also collaborates with C2C Festival on the TMLAB EU-funded project, teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna (Laboratory of European Cultural Cooperation) and is part of the executive committee of the RESET! network.
