She is Independent Music Supervisor, currently covering the role of Music Supervisor at Dolce&Gabbana (in addition to advising for any kind of entity, music and music use) after over 18 years of experience in the music business working as Licensing Manager at Universal Music Publishing, as Sync Manager and A&R Coordinator at Sony Music Publishing and as Music Consultant at Emi Music Publishing.
She provides business and music consultancy, she lectures at Universities, international festivals and conferences, music schools; she is co-founder at Equaly, the first Italian organization actively working to reach gender equality in the Italian music business.
Under the name of Franca Barone, she released two albums as a singer-songwriter, composer and producer.
