She has released one solo album, two collaborative records including one with The Clash’s Paul Simonon, and a five-song EP with him. Signed to Universal Music Publishing (UK), she has toured internationally and manages the legacy of her father, the late cult musician Kevin Ayers.
Galen’s creative path is rooted in advocacy. Her early collaboration with Rwandan genocide survivor Leah Chishugi helped bring Leah’s story to light in her memoir A Long Way From Paradise, reinforcing Galen’s commitment to amplifying female voices and creating spaces for healing through story.
She serves on the steering committee of the Argosaronic Environmental Foundation and as an ambassador for the Mallorca Preservation Foundation.
